Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhisperMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of WhisperMe, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate other users or real individuals
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Not use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content
• Respect other community members and their boundaries
• Not harvest or scrape user data from the platform

Anonymous Communication Guidelines

WhisperMe supports anonymous expression. However, anonymity does not exempt users from our community standards. You may not use anonymous features to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Share content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Spread deliberate misinformation designed to cause harm
• Share content that exploits or endangers minors
• Coordinate real-world violence or criminal activity

Content Moderation Policy

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to moderate content on WhisperMe. Content that violates our guidelines may be removed without notice.

We aim to create a space for honest expression while protecting users from harm. Borderline content may be reviewed contextually. We do not moderate political speech, controversial opinions, or content that is simply uncomfortable but not harmful.

Account Suspension Rules

Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for:

• Repeated violations of our community guidelines
• Single severe violations (e.g. illegal content, threats of violence)
• Coordinated abuse or manipulation of platform features
• Circumventing a previous ban using a new account

Users may appeal suspensions by contacting support@whisperme.co.

Limitation of Liability

WhisperMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, or accuracy of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhisperMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
